    Thank you all for your continued support.

    Around October of last year, the time between the request to the translation company and the delivery of the translation had been increasing.  When I asked them the reason, they said that they were busy with their business.  I thought things would settle down after a while, so I continued to request translations from them, but they still continue to be slow in delivery.

    I have been using the same translation company to keep the quality of the translations constant, but the frequency of submissions is not stable at this point, so I have started doing business with another translation company.  We are now sending samples to see what the quality of the translation will be like.

    Until we have established a system using two translation companies, we will have to wait for delivery from the current translation company, so after submitting another work at the end of the week, we will not be able to submit anything other than pre-releases until mid-February.

    We are truly sorry for the series of delays in submissions over the last year.  We are working diligently to gradually move things in the right direction, so please bear with us a little longer for the results.

I appreciate the update! Thanks for letting us know what's going on. I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with the company. Hopefully things will improve.

This case has taught me the dangers of depending on one company. We will aim for stable submission of works by using several different companies.
