Hey everyone,

I've begun to build the next level. I'm still mostly in the building phase no I have nothing too fancy to show. However, I've worked on the setup quite a bit and though I'll share that with you.

So, the next level will take place at the school,at night. This is the perfect occasion to make a nice "night" feeling, so I spent quite the time in post-processing the scenery to give the "night" feeling while not imparing gameplay too much. The result is still a bit lightey for me, but this is the direction it's going.

I've also worked on the school interior. The basic build is nearly finished - still had to add some walls and stuff but I'm mostly done here. The next step will of course to add furnitures and breath life into the level.


I learnt a lot from the hospital level. While I tried to do some puzzle like level in a grand scale, it got a bit too big and this affected performance. I won't do the same mistake here : the level is intented to be quite short, mostly narrative. The catch here is that, after you're done here at night, the story will "progress" to the next day and the school will finally be open during the day. I'm excited to fill it with some side activites to do ! 

To the contrary to the last two levels, I also want to give a more light-hearted, contemplative theme to the school. This is a peacefull place, only a few guards are there at night but nothing bad happen here usually. So I want to give some good views like that - the roof will be a good place to chill out, even in the day. 

This is of course nowhere near finished, but you got the vibes I want to achieve.

So, I'm back to the building ! This is of course the biggest addition in term of map this update, so I want to craft it with a lot of details.
