Smalls improvements (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

After my pass on NPC, I focused some work on the player to bring some awaited features.

The first one is that now, the main character will react to an accident with a small bubble. The reactions will change depending on if you wet, mess, wear a diaper or not, if this is a first accident, and also if you did it willingly or not...

Which bring me to the long-awaited option : to be able to let go at will. Now, if you click on the bladder and bowel icon (and if it's full enough,around 1/3), the character will let go.

While I was at it, I also added the option to turn off messing for those who don't want it. If you activate this new option, the game will still play normaly and you'll be able to fill your bowel, but when full, it will activate a wetting instead. 

I made it an option in the settings so it's easy to go back on that change at will. And since the setting panel was getting quite cramped, I rewamped it a bit and divided it in four distinct panels so I'll be able to put more things here if needed. 

Last but not least, I found it pretty inconsistent that when you're in the city, the washing machine is in the library. It's a left-over of the first release of the game, when the soon-to-be library was not complete and it was the only building to be open.

So, I created a laundromat in the upper district to host a bunch of washing machines. I don't know yet how and when I will scrap the "washing room" in the library, so it will stay for now. 

That's it for now, I put a lot of small things out of my backlog with this week. I know some of theses changes was awaited so I hope you'll enjoy theses when the update will be out.  Now, I'm gonna focus on creating story logic for both main and side quests.
