Hey everyone,

I finished building the school building this weekend, and before getting to the next place, I made some changes to some area-wide effect.

When I made the haunted house, some of you told me that it was strange to get put in diaper by the ghost nurse as punishement but still be able to take it out at will. So I made an area-wide effect that I can activate at will that prevent the player to change out of a diaper. You can still put any other piece of clothes fine, but you just can't take the diaper out until an NPC can help you.

While I'm loving this mechanism in a "level" like the haunted house, I'm a bit torn to push it further in the overworld. I know some would want a more realistic approach where you can change on your own, let's say, only in your house and in bathrooms, but some might find it too tedious and restrictive. I could also make it so as your maturity drop, you became less and less able to change alone.

I'd love to hear your feedback on that, so don't hesitate to let me know how you feel about this.

I also took inspiration from one of Raven Night's posts, and implemented a fainting mechanism. So, when your stomach is empty, you'll faint, and get transported to the hospital, a new area that I'll talk soon about.

You'll wake up with a nearly full stomach, and depending on your accident statut, your accident counter and your maturity level, you might end up with wet sheets or forcefully diapered by the nurse....

I hope this change will help the starving mechanism to be less tedious and still retain his usefullness as an incentive to eat.

That's it for now, I will try to finish building new places this week so after that I can work on NPC behaviour.

WIth the starving/no food stumble is it possible to add something within the haunted house with somewhere to eat? Fancy diner table on the mature side / geting a bottle feed on the immature side. Been a few times gone trough and didnt bring enough food

For the sake of experimentation, would be good to see some of this stuff implemented. I'd definitely recommend caution just in case you overdo it on anything, though.

Adding a toggle is a good option. Hopefully not too hard to program?

npc behavior will that be random npc events?

john n

Yea I second this maybe have the ghost nurse able to feed

When it's possible, I would prefer a tuned down mechanism instead of an hard toggle, because it make things harder to balance. I take good note on the caution side anyway, I won't go overboard.

First I'll implement some scripted events, then yes I plan to generate random events.

something I've been wondering about, will there be an option to disable poop/messing for those that aren't into that?

Larsen Lion

soon the creation of parent npc who react to dirty pants?

If you mean it as like an NPC coming to you to force-change you, it's on the table, but I'll first try my hand with some simpler event before diving into more complex interaction.
