FULL-LENGTH REACTION GUIDE

We along with many other content creators take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we will have the episode subtitles on screen at all times to help you sync up with us.

Any instances in which you see the screen cut, means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped an intro to the show. (We sometimes have to do this to avoid spoilers). This means you may need to sync up agin but usually we’re able to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. This should not occur more than once or twice in the video.

Any scenes that contain extremely explicit content such as nudity will also be skipped over in these reactions.

Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0. We try not to pause most of the time anyway, so this will be a rare occurrence in these reactions.

These reactions DO NOT include our intros and discussions. You will have to refer to the original edited version of the video.

We hope you enjoy the video!

It felt like you guys were misreading Reiner a bit in this episode so I wanted to clarify 3 specific scenes (no spoilers, only what was in the episode). First on the train, he wasn't angry at Falco, he was protecting him. Falco was saying "treasonous" things literally feet away from Marley officers who would have him killed for less, so Reiner had to give him a bit of a scare to remind him. Second, at the dinner (and this part is more clear for native japanese speakers because of the tone of voice) Reiner's monologue was him describing pretty normal things in a deadpan voice about the island supposedly full of devils. Speaking positively at all about the Island Devils is nearly as dangerous as what Falco was saying on the train, which is why his mother looks so horrified right afterwards and immediately closes the window, before "clarifying" to Gabi that indeed all the Islanders are evil, not normal people. Finally in the meeting Reiner was the only one who picked up on what Zeke meant by "not in this room" which was that they were being monitored. That's why he interrupted Galliard who was again, saying some dangerous things for an Eldian in Marley, to keep him from being punished for it. Try to keep an open mind during this arc (and moving forward). A big theme of the show is prejudice and ironically a lot of viewers demonstrate the exact same prejudice.

Hard agree. Well put. Blind favouritism and prejudice take away from the potential enjoyment you can get from this arc. Keep an open mind indeed.

Night Sterling

Reminds me of what Ange said during the syringe scene with him gravitating towards Eren and Mikasa's side because the show opened up with them.

Just curious, when is the next ep coming out?

hope this is the blue ray version!
