Nozzle Cam - full Apollo integration (Rev7 of the mainbody) (Patreon)

The Nozzle cam PCB can now conformably be installed behind the left fan.
This will be Rev7 of the main body (I'm exporting each hotend model for it, but should be done in a couple days)

you'll find the main body rev7 in the Apollo zip rev 44 on the main repo page 

if you want this for the Apollo Mini let me know. ( I'll eventually make it but if there are no request it will be lower on the to do list )
