Inumaki can technically always talk but his technique (which they'll explain later) is linked to his words and so he speaks in rice ball ingredients. The ingredients he says actually has meaning - if I remember correctly "salmon" means he agrees/approves and "bonnito flakes" means he disagrees/disapproves. I don't really remember the rest. But I'm excited to reach the new episodes for you, I've enjoyed the re-reactions so far!

that mini rant you had on junpei getting his ass beat had me weak as hell like you right. what IS a photo gonna do.. if anything it's just evidence he could maybe use to his advantage against those guys if he chose to go the legal route; your commentary throughout these two eps definitely made me laugh so i'm glad you're rewatching these!!
