Really enjoyed rewatching One Piece with you guys. The live-action was my introduction to the world of OP. And as an old, grey-haired grumpy curmudgeon, I watched this damn thing with a smile plastered on my face the whole freakin' time. In terms of entertainment, fun, and sheer joy of great storytelling, this was the best show of the year -- by a mile. See you for Season 2.

I agree that they did a good job establishing the crew, even if there wasn't as much individual character work for some of them as I would have hoped for...though, at the same time I know there wasn't enough runtime for that. I think they have enough material where in a few seasons, they'll get that development. Definitely one of the best shows I've seen this year, and one of the best adaptations I've seen in the past 20 years. Looking forward to season 2.
