I suspect there probably has to be some-kind of consent on multiple sides. I mean, people inevitably get possessive and jealous. Not every polymerous relationship works out like that of William Moulton Marston, Elizabeth Holloway Marston and Olive Byrne.

Probably. The HoX mutant 'orgy' thing is probably just a convenient excuse for writers to sidestep relationship drama and focus on plot lines. But once Hickman is done, I suspect Jean, Emma, Scott and Logan to go back to the same old relationship triangles.
