Are there multiple cuts of this movie? Because I tryied to watchalong and it was way out of sync really fast... Like the version you watched was clearly shorter than mine

Same problem. I synced it with the universal logo and then your video was way ahead of where mine was. I synced again when you show the first cut and again your reactions were ahead of what was happening in the movie. Usually this doesn't happen but it happened in a few movies before too. Can you please tell what causes this?

It appears that they are viewing the theatrical version, rather than the extended version.
