I don't think the other guy was the "owner" of the shop, he was just loyal to the barber, so he had to be killed. It is just a colloquial thing to say "This is your own shop" or "This is your own house" to a friend. It just means whatever you wish to do, feel free to do so, AS IF it is your own shop/house.

I don't think Munna was being immature or trying to get her attention in earlier episode. It was more like he felt like he cheated on her even though they agreed that this marriage means nothing to them. It was bothering him and that's why he was behaving like that and wanted to get it out. At least that's what I think. And about his 'sudden' change...Munna has always been like this..If he cares for someone then he really cares...like how he went to look out for abhishek's grandmother after he died..he also mentioned that he feels bad that he's hurting Madhuri and had already admitted that he likes her so of course he'll care for her...I don't think there's anything sudden.. It was clear from the first season that his character is someone who has never received love or care and now he realizes that finally there's someone who understands him which was shown in earlier episode when he tells Madhuri about the prostitute which you missed

Sharad's mother (Meghna Malik) is such a great actress and they are severely under using her character. And also I don't think that Zareena (the dancer) was planted by Kaleen Bhaya. She is probably doing it because she is constantly disrespected by JP Yadav and she is not getting what she wants from him (political position). Hey, these are my thoughts, I might be completely wrong.

For sure. She was with him because he promised to make her his PA (equivalent to Chief of Staff, for Americans). But it became clear to her he was just using her for sex. The final straw was when he just "offered" her to Sharad. She made a deal with Tripathi side for money, but more importantly a respectable job in politics.
