Trigger_remove abilities (Patreon)

Filtering is possible with this new entity, it will be able to remove certain classnames from moving to certain area's with a created filter. So for instance we can utilize this brush to save on ent cap's (512) on hard_1a0e. 

TLDR in BOLD

- Patreon map will have dual sections now to show off new features (as video shows)
- New Gibs sets for Humans
- func_ladder will be able to be triggered via targetname
- trigger_mp3 will be included in the patreon branch map with 4 mp3's
- Barney / Scientists are able to become friends if they speak with eachother long enough. (Once they are friends they can call for each others aide at a sizeable distance)
- HGrunt behavior were fixed when investigating & when performing victory dance
- Friendly fire options are now in the game (mp_friendlyfire is 1 by default)
- Game Player Equip now equips all players in a current map again. (from lost code of 2021) Item_suit will be obtainable by all individuals when 1 person picks it up.
- Trigger_Monster is implemented to allow certain classnames trigger a target
- Dead HGrunt no longer has gun
