The song you heard at the wedding in this episode was "The Rains of Castamere". Just like at the Red wedding on the violins. In the previous episode Prince Oberyn heard those Lannister guys singing that song. That's why he attacked them.

The reason why Joffrey said that it'll be like "cutting off Ned Starks head all over again" when he got the new Valyrian steel sword is because those two swords were forged with the steel from the Stark's ancestral Valyrian steel sword, "Ice". Ned uses it in the first episode of the series to behead the Night's Watch deserter, and it's the same sword Ilyn Payne uses to behead Ned at the end of the first season. Tywin then decides to melt it down after the war with the Starks is over.

He was incredible. If people weren't so awful towards him in real life he'd probably be one of the best currently working actors out there - but since they were so terrible towards him when he was still a child for daring to play a character... he'd just chilling out as a normal guy with a moustache, living the quiet life.
