"Cyber-secure". LOL. All security in the cyber domain has a finite timeline, and often that timeline runs out well before the system reaches the end of it's useful lifecycle.

Could it be, that one VLS cell can only shoot once every 15s, if you have multiple missiles per cell? Meaning: If you have 15 cells, you can shoot once every second, etc.

According to an archived website of Eurosam, the Joint Venture for PAAMS, the system (using Sylver) can shoot 8 missiles in 10 seconds. So either they meant 1.5 seconds or it's meant if you have multiple Crotale in the same VLS.
