Any accidents/incidents/anecdotes involving the Typhoon over the years?

Jive, with the general lack of information free flowing out of the USSR during development, was the TK designation possibly an attempt to fool NATO into thinking they were actually cruisers and not boomers during construction?

Where can I find the last picture in the video of TK-208

subbrief

search 'photo' or 'photos' in patreon and you will get all the photos I post here. They will be sorted by submarine type.

Jive, does the NC reactor and the secondary loop that purges to open ocean leave a significant heat bloom? I just wondered if venting hot water like that would give them away for IR tracking even though they trade it off in silent running.

Why were the Typhoons retired so quickly?

First off, want to say I love this brief. Second, I love it so much ive been inspired to recreate the TK-20 Severstal in the game Barotrauma, which nearly pushes the limits of the game's intentions. Since the game is 2D, I can only recreate the cutaway of one (starboard) pressure hull and the gunnery/sail hulls, but I'm stuck on how to fill out her decks and bulkheads. is there any information out there of the layout or general designation of the rooms? perhaps something Vepr has?

TK 20 is holding a world record for making of 55 missile launches (40 of them had expired storage term). Info of her commader is here (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Богачёв,_Александр_Сергеевич). You may also like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VA8Qc_zOzGg&t=424s

Check out Google Maps over Severodvinsk. They got a shot of what looks like two of them tied up alongside each other with the missile hatches open. There's another close by tied alongside some kind of surface ship.

Tk-208 should be lifted out of the water and preserved as the newest wonders of the world.
