Jive , was this the last sub to have duel screws for the US.

The Skate class, Halibut, Triton, etc also had twin screws. I think it was every US nuke sub prior to the Skipjacks...

Even without the teardrop hull the streamlining attempts are clear on the Nautilus from this photo

Looks like the changed the planes and butt too. It was rounded originally. I think they added nose sonar bulge too. William, lots of boats after this had twin screws, the largest the Triton. BTW Jive remember these were the first operational cruise missile submarines, they carried tank on the back with a Regulus
