I'm a documentary producer, and formerly worked at an aerospace university. The MH370 video is outstanding. The visuals are excellent, but also the writing. There is a saying in the industry that "content is king". IOW the writing and story are paramount, and this video demonstrates that. I had read a lot about MH370, and when I first saw Green Dot was doing this, I thought, this has been thoroughly covered, what can he add? Boy, was I wrong! I felt like I truly understood this incident for the first time. It takes a vast amount of work to produce video material at this quality level. All of the Green Dot videos are very good, but this one "hit it out of the park". IMO this was better than virtually all big-budget traditional media documentaries. It's simply on another level, and that started with the writing. I particularly like the neutral, factual presentation, which is characteristic of all Green Dot videos. Yet this is somehow achieved without being dry or boring. The balanced coverage of human and psychological factors is refreshing. The graphics are also superb, well-integrated, and appropriate.
