It's a system of trust that let's me reward long time (literally veteran)  supporters, with special Discord Role

Most of the long time supporters that I wanted to reward I already privately messaged and they have there veteran badge on discord, They didn't know I was making a system to incentivize them for staying, so I wasn't worried about trust, I already trust those people

Why I made it-

When my page tanked, hard. It was depressing I worked hard on a lot of my animations, I thought I lost everyone,  I was really freaking out at time, but to my surprise, a good few people stayed. And I would've probably given up if it weren't for them, and I also saw good few people have been supporting me still since my early beginnings...

I wanted to find a way to reward the people that didn't bail on me. They give me the reassurance and stability to work on my passion projects more comfortably, literally a lifeline.

I couldn't figure out a way to reward those people... till now :)

After creating a discord server and learning how to use discord, I figured out how to do it. It's a veteran role/badge

Since its known now there's an incentive for staying, the system is built around trust, so for new veterans (oxymoron)

So to those that want to get veteran going forward, this is the system I'm using going forward

How to get Veteran Role

There's a button in the discord that lets you "Request Veteran" it basically creates a channel between me and you. You give me your Patreon  username if its different from your discord name and proof of one the 2 methods below like a screenshot or something.

Two ways to get veteran.

1. Three months of back-to-back Lvl 4 Support

2. Six months of Total Lvl 4 Support (Method 2 only if its the first time getting veteran, if veteran role has been lost once already, it has to be with method 1 going forward)

How Veteran Role/Badge can be lost

The role is connected to the Patreon bot, so if a veteran supporter leaves they lose veteran automatically. or if you break any of the discord rules, leaking, hate speech etc. it'll be removed

(I also support other creators so I deal with this issue) "What if I had a payment processing issue, will I lose veteran and have to do the veteran process all over again?"

I saw this as being a potential issue, I set it up to where you will get back your veteran badge automatically in those cases.

However if a veteran isn't able to return within the same calendar month, you will lose it and have to start over with method 1.  
I have these rules set, but I'm not going to be a stickler about it, if I've built rapport and trust with you, and you got understandable circumstances as to why you had to leave, at my discretion I'll probably just give it back.

Don't break the rules (outlined in discord) when you meet the requirements press the request veteran button and message me directly, I have to manually give veteran initially, its only automatic after that.
