Also Wayne is easily the funniest rapper ever, he always makes me laugh

This is my Favorite Carter album...people skip this one because Wayne wasn't at his Pinnacle at this time. But in the "hoods", EVERYONE remembers when this dropped and this playing in every car that passed by. It was truly a memorable time. Also, this is the only Carter album that has THIS sound that you love. Mannie Fresh (who produced all the Albums) left Cash Money shortly after this release.

Lil waune doesnt write his lyrics . He is infamous for literally going into the booth and saying whatever comes to helps head or freestyling. Amazing u caught that bob!

you should listen to Tha Carter 3. That was the album that turned him from a star to a superstar. Also bear in mind he was 18/19 when making Tha Carter 1

Look up the Hot Boys. The original group Wayne was in. Makes I miss my dawgs make more sense

Carter II needs to be first. It would be senseless to skip to III now after starting with 1. Just do 1, 2, 3. Will have to do the first 3 regardless.

Stopped at bmjr to wait for the video, jay z came out of retirement after hearing that song lol

Not necessarily. Knowing Bob it could take him years to get to 3. He did Ready to Die years ago & still hasn't gotten to Life After Death.

Lil Waynes "The Block is Hot", Juveniles "400 Degress" and the Hot Boys "Guerilla Warfare" were like all I listened to for a couple of summers. lol I was really into that southern production and the way they rapped. It was so unlike anything else in hip hop. Was never the biggest fan of Baby, but even the Big Tymers were fun to listen to. lol

Please consider some NBA Youngboy bob! He's from Louisiana also he's the 2023 lil wayne imo 🔥 🔥

In all honesty, even his album "The Block is Hot" is highly overlooked/underrated because of the Carter series, and all of the mixtape series he released.

I just bought myself a few beers patiently waiting for the video release. Cheers, Bob!

Definitely early stage lil Wayne. His later projects are stronger. Still going to be an interesting watch though. Once again just want to Recommending Joey bada$$. His most recent project “2000” from last year was top 3 of the year. The man that’s leading the current age of the New York sound.

Carter 2 is better but carter 3 and 4 have some misses on them, especially 4
