While Freya familia is the most powerful familia in Orario, with Loki familia a close second, it's actually Ganesha familia who has the most members of any familia. They act as a sort of unofficial city guard: patrolling streets, guarding city gates, and providing security for public events, in addition to regular dungeon crawling. This should have been mentioned, but Aisha is now Level 4. She was already on the cusp of leveling up when she fought Bell on the Hanging Gardens, but the excelia she gained, even though she lost the fight, was enough to put her over the line. Don't know why the anime doesn't bother to mention this. Excelia (experience) can be gained in a myriad of ways. Battle, training, simple running. Even just reading books to gain new knowledge can grant bits of excelia. Losses in battle can also grant excelia, so long as their loss meant something to that person, like in Aisha's case.
