The difference between Realis Phrase and Liaris Freese in the anime is just a translation mistake. Even the officially translated English LNs jump between the two spellings, with Realis Phrase being used until volume 6 and Liaris Freese from volume 8 and onwards. The anime left out a key piece of information about how Mikoto caused the explosion on the rooftop. She purposefully messed up the incantation of her Futsonomitama, or gravity barrier, to trigger an effect the LNs call "Ignis Fatuus." Ignis Fatuus is the result of a loss of control of magical energy during a cast resulting in an explosion. Interesting fact: Welf's Will-o-Wisp magic causes this same type of explosion by forcing an Ignis Fatuus on others trying to cast spells.

Realis Freese is the only one that makes sense, tbh. It realizes your emotions by crystallizing (i.e freezing) them into Power, essentially

One thing you need to know about Bell's skill, "Argonaut". It can be charged for greater damage, so the longer he charges it, the greater the damage multiplier on his next attack. The level that he's at determines how long he can charge it for, so now that he's at level 3, he can charge it for up to three minutes. After charging Argonaut, he almost always uses a firebolt or channels it through a weapon, because if he uses his arms or legs for his next attack, the resulting blowback will damage his own body too. And Jared was right, "Realis Freese" has the unintended side-effect of making Bell immune to charm attacks. And you were probably wondering want that stuff that Ishtar's lacky used. It's a rare substance that forcably reveals a person's status. Normally, an person's status is in a "locked" state, meaning that it's invisible unless revealed by that person's patron deity (something Hestia didn't know about until just before this incident, as she had only been to the lower world for a year by this point). Unless it's in a "locked" state, anyone could see that adventurer's stats and abilities, which is supposed to be confidential information. Thankfully, statuses are written in god-script, and very few mortals can read even portions of one. Aiz, Riveria and Eina are the only mortals I know of who can even some of the script, which is why Bete wanted Riveria to read out Bell's stats after he passed out defeating his first minatour, because in his opinion, if Bell didn't have his status "locked", then he was practically begging people to read it. In the light novel, Riveria laughs almost hysterically when she sees his Agility stat that says Rank SS, which should be impossible as stats within each level can only go up to 999 (Rank S). Aiz reads it too, which increases her interest in Bell, as she wants to know how he managed to break the limits of his stats, but neither Riveria or Aiz tell the other members of Loki familia that one of Bell's stats was Rank SS, only that they were all Rank S. sorry I went off on a tangent there......
