Thrallmarket: The Drone Exchange (And Commissions!) (Patreon)

So, I reckon it's about time we find out what Keller can spend his company credit on.

In Thrallworks, you're an Instructor. And an Instructor gets a lump sum of company credit to do with as they please at the start of each project, as well as a certain amount of 'bonus' credit depending on how good of a job they did with the last project to go out the door.

If a project fails, new material is drawn out of this budget, and the day-to-day expenses of instructing material also come out of this budget. Another place where you can spend it is at the Thrallmarket.

The Thrallmarket has a lot of neat things you can do in it, and we'll go into each in detail in time. Right now however the one we're looking at is the Drone Exchange.

Swapsies

As the name suggests, this is a place where you can exchange drones; specifically the drone you already have for a different drone. The transfer fee for this is nominal; most expense will be on purchasing new routines for the Drones (to be found in the Purchase Scripts area- as I said, we'll get there.)

You can't rapidly cycle through drones though, there's a limit on the exchange program of 50 cycles, which *sounds* large, but considering that it takes around 100 for most thralls to be take from orientation to auction, that's not so bad.

Currently though as you can see, the Drone selection is slim...even when I do the Drones I've got queued up, and the Drones we'll be doing from these Patreon polls it won't be quite enough variety for my tastes....SO LETS GET SOME COMMISSIONS GOING! :D

Drone Commissions

For £25, you'll get the middle part of the above section, namely:

• A drone! :D
• 3 alt colour schemes (one being the ol' TW 'company' Black and White as evinced there)
• A 'shot' of them taken pre-droning (gagged/hooded as you like)
• Drone data, including some short additional notes added by the Supervising Controller of said Drone.

...Well, I say £25, but there are exceptions...

Patrons* such as yourselves, of whatever level, get to take their dollar amount off this, so for $5 patrons it becomes £20, etc. etc....and as the pound is stronger than the dollar, I'm sure you can appreciate the stacking benefits!

Commission Slots and Resitrictions

Well lets ease into this one. Unlike the Thrallopedia Sets (And the Labourer Set Slots will be coming very soon) these are going to be one of a new set of rolling 'short' slots, of which some other future commissions will sit in, designed for a slightly faster turnaround and sit between larger workbodies.

For now lets just ease into it and say there's 4 Slots to begin with, on a first-come first serve basis. And as these are going to be 'canon' drones, there are going to be a few stipulations on who can become a thrall that I'm sure some of y'all will be familiar with.

• Gotta be organic at the very least. What, you gonna gem a crystal gem? Silly.
• 18 or over is ideal, if they're below that then prepare to get them aged up. If they are 500+ years old but perma-young then toooooooo bad.
• Some level of furry is acceptable.
• Not too powerful a character. Wonder Woman level's pushing it a bit far. Look to around MHA levels.
• I've a few personal faves who'll never get the treatment, and others who though I'd *like* to I can't narratively justify it. For these we have Raven, Samus, The Major, Adora and Catra. There's undoubtedly more but we take them as they come.

There's also some characters I already have plans for so can't accept those. Shame.
