When Bobby and Hank attend the team's Training Camp in Wichita Falls, Bobby falls in love with the city's middlebrow delights, and Hank fears he might leave Arlen. And so, he concocts a plan to film a video advertising the city of Arlen as the future home of the Dallas Cowboys' training facility. Will Hank's first role as the President of a movie be his last?
