And we're back with this month's CassAsks!

Joining the team of CassAsks this month is Macon Leigh. She graciously gave her time to answer the Q&A during the very month of her debut novel, The Flight Risk

In case you haven't been on the up and up of sapphic publishing this month, The Flight Risk is an incredible tale of life and fate what what makes a person who they are. Spanning nineteen years - and one really weird week - The Flight Risk is a modern retelling of the red thread of fate, a love story exploring with humor and heart what it means for the universe to conspire for you, despite you.

You can find The Flight Risk on amazon here! (do it, you won't regret it)

Macon has become a staple contributor to our sapphic romance world in the last year, not only publishing her book, but also cohosting a podcast focusing on sapphic art (with interviews with authors, and so much more), which you can find here

On a personal note, I consider Macon a friend and a very talented human being. She's also a very generous human being - if any of you follow her on socials already, she made boxes for The Flight Risk's debut, and was generous enough to give me an extra box to give to someone here!

To possibly win the box, comment on this post with your favorite sapphic romance you read this summer! I will let the winner know via message this Saturday.

I enjoyed ‘Scarlet’ (2nd book in 2bk series) by Claire Highton-Stevenson and Melissa Brayden’s ‘Marigold’. But I most enjoyed, ‘The Flight Risk’ -it was really really good. A good cry was had.

The Flight Risk is definitely one of my favorite books of the year. I'd recommend it to every sapphic reader!!
