Love the Abercrombie audiobooks got me through a boring stretch on third shift. I really recommend the whole series bummer rodge didn't dig the new trilogy but they are also pretty solid has one of the most loathsome protagonists of the series

David

Stanger clarifying that the most recent Indiana Jones was the Dial of Destiny was 100% warranted. They’ll make another before this podcast ends.

will the action boyz ever cover Hard Ticket to Hawaii? major opportunity

Has anybody heard of or watched Sky Pirates 1986 (aka Dakota Harris)? Didn’t finished it but a bizarre and blatant Indy wannabe. There are elements of the Philadelphia Experiment with a temporal foggy sea thing

Friedkin is back, he has a film at this years Venice film festival that looks like a remake of the Caine mutiny?

What was the book series they were discussing towards the end of this episode?

David

I think it’s the John Sandford Prey series

Started listening to Prey soley on the vibe of how the lads are enjoying the series so far. Rodges take on audio books is pretty spot on as well. I'm new to the patreon but been a fan of their work for a long time. So I just love listening to these guys shoot the shit for 1-4 hours an ep

I saw this stupid flick in the theater with my dad. I still remember walking out and my dad being perplexed by what we had just seen. I think he thought it would be some kind of historical film or…I dunno what he thought we were in for. Certainly not this Golan Globus fever dream.

Just catching up to this and this is hands down the most racist movie they've ever done ✊🏾
