"Forget about it..." Ring any bells?? Come on ActionBabyz! The Boyz are talking DONNIE BRASCO this week. This ones got it all - cops, mafia, a late seventies aesthetic, accents, and fucking Al Pacino crushing it. With so much to unpack, this episode goes LONG. The Boyz talk so long on this one their editor had to invent new technology to upload the goddamn episode. Does this episode warrant the length?? SPOILER ALERT: Fuck yeah it does...this one is gonna win the ABZ a fucking Emmy

Hey guys, I think the money Donnie was gonna give to Lefty was the bowling bag full of money he took from the Vegas night at King's Court. He told Sonny Black the cops got it but they didn't. Alright, I gotta take off.

We as listeners are incredibly lucky that we get a Lorne and Dar cameo.

I hope that the shitting on Stangerbot/Gorgon is a bit 'cause Bot/Gorgon is legit my favorite part of every episode. I'm always sad when I listen to really early episodes and Bot hasn't yet become a full, protracted thing.

Hey mijos, this one also does not seem to play or DL. Thanks!

I probably shouldn't bother commenting so late but after re-watching and then listening to this episode I can't help wondering if the whole ring part at the beginning was part of the setup. The bureau doesn't like to have agents hurt civilians. It would make sense they arranged that whole thing by having that guy pass a fake ring to Lefty so Donnie could demonstrate his mettle to him. Hence why Donnie has loose diamonds on him and why his cover is "The Jeweler" which is never really brought up again.
