Glad you asked!

What's going to happen going forwards is pretty similar to what we've always been doing all year.

Games will be released every two weeks on Saturdays. Commissions will be staggered between original games we'll make in-house. These games will be a lot like commissions...just made by us.

Dec 31st - Jan 13th: Original game
Jan 14th - Jan 27th: Commission Slot 1
Jan 28th - Feb 10th: Original game
Feb 11th - Feb 24th: Commission Slot 2
Feb 25th - Mar 9th: Original game
Mar 10th - Mar 23rd: Commission Slot 3
Mar 24th - Apr 6th: Original game

If you haven't seen, we have a sale going on until the 13th. All commissions are 20% off if you submit in the next two weeks. Don't delay!

So, as you can see, we'll be making a lot of short original games to play between commissions. During commissions, the Sunday before the release of the game, there will be a poll released for all patrons to vote in, which will decide what the next original game will be.

There's going to be four options, they'll be short, vague ideas we've come up with in the team. Three will be completely original, but the fourth will be patron decided!

Going forwards, $30 tier patrons will be able to submit their own, short idea to add to the poll to be voted. This will be the fourth option that people are allowed to vote on for us to make.
There will probably be a few ideas from the $30 dollar tiers. We, as a team, will be deciding which one we feel like/want to do. There will be a post after this one that will have the form that all $30 tier patrons can interact with.

But...wait. What's happening with SL4?

Great question~
SL4 is being developed, don't worry, however, we've decided that short, frequent updates probably won't do with how large and "real" this game will be. We've decided that larger, lesser frequent updates would be better suited.
So, SL4 will be worked on in the background by me. Don't worry, you will get your Shifter Labs 4 soon. I promise~
