No that's not me, but images catch people's attention more than walls of text. Right?

One thing I hate is being directed to someone's Patreon page and having 99% about what they want you to pledge towards, being locked behind paid tiers.

How do I know if I want to pledge if I'm not sure what I'm pledging for?

With that in mind, I want to try and be as transparent as possible with what I making. Especially before I'm ready to release a public demo of the game.

At some point over the next week, I will put together a public post that explains the games a bit more. I  want to be sure I don't spoil to much, but I want to explain some of the core elements that players should expect from it.

For not I just want to go over what I think people should know about me, as a creator. Maybe the Q&A format will be the simplest way to do this.

Q: What type of software do you render in?
A: I use the latest version of Daz Studio Pro.

Q: What other software do you use for your renders?
A: I've started creating my own clothing in Marvelous Designer 8. I also do most of my post work in GIMP.

Q: What type of video card do you use?
A: I started with a GTX 650. Currently, I have a GTX 1050 Ti. I need an upgrade...

Q: What engine are you developing your game in?
A: My current game is being developed in Ren'Py.

Q: Where do you get your 3D assets?
A: Most I buy from the Daz Store, run by the same company that makes Daz Studio. I also buy some assets from other places like Renderosity and more adult-themed assets from Renderotica.

Q: How much have you spent on 3D assets?
A: More than I'd like to admit...

Q: What is a Marvelous Designer, and why is it any better to use it instead of buying premade clothing?
A: Marvelous Designer is a piece of software that lets the user make clothing using many of the same patterns that real-world clothing makers use. It also has an amazing physics engine that lets you drape clothing over your model in a realistic method.

Q: When will you have a playable demo for your game?
A: That will depend on time and money. There are many more assets that are needed to finish the images for the game. This includes both characters and backgrounds. Part of the hope of this Patreon page is to offset the costs of making the game and hopefully allow me to afford those assets sooner than I would be able to buy them out of pocket.

Q: Do you plan to release your game for free?
A: During development, I plan to release to Patreons first, then later to the public.

Q: Do you plan on release any other content besides your game?
A: I would not mind making some captions or short stories or comics for Patreons if there was a demand. But until I have a polished demo out, I will be focusing on the game, and my posts will be mostly related to that.

If you have any other relevant questions, feel free to ask me. I will do my best to answer them.
