That was fire!! It really sucks that MAMA couldn't let the girl groups perform more than a song. Boy groups performances were like 80% of the show!! Like some groups performed 2 songs and had a video package as an intro too..

Seen some people say that it's the PAPA awards XD

the more popular groups get more airtime is all there werent any big name ggs there this year besides ssera whereas there were lots of hybe bgs so they got more airtime since theyre bigger nothing to complain about plus no big 3 artist were there and they have the biggest ggs especially aespa bpink even itzy considering itzy have the best performances typically of those 3 then aespa bp isnt a performance group. this year mama was full of groups like txt and the other hybe bgs like seventeen enhypen so ofc they got more plus ateez were there and well theyre top level performers who have been in the game way longer (talking bout seventeen ateez txt) there were no performance based ggs there with top level main dancers besides xiaoting in kepler idle doesent have a main dancer since soojin theyre more vocal focused ssera doesent have one either eunchae is prob their best plus a group who would have gotten a longer stage prob cuz of how big they are is newjeans who also didnt show up nobody cares bout mama anymore or any of these shows its just a popularity vote groups from big companies always win its a joke they should have actual judges vpoting this is the same issue i have with srvival shows judges should vote not fans cuz then we get less talented groups and members who are only there cuz of their image just look at bpink as example they have never won artist of the year or any daesang bts always took it even in years like 2018 and 19 when bp were going all kinds of viral and breaking records even some of bts' yet won nothing and this year newjeans won it deservingly but again its just a hybe group winning again the groups who desreve to win never do thats why only hybe sends their artists to these shows or smaller company groups and companies like sm jyp only go to select ones where its less about awards and more about the show and performances like the kbs sbs gayo shows where artists get to have fun collabs and stuff those are fun mama isnt
