Movie Run Time: 1:31:10

You will need your own copy of the show to watch along! 😁

IN LOVE with the Marx Brothers 😍 and I don't even know their names.

If you like Allan Jones singing, you might want to watch "The Firefly" (1937). It is a serious musical drama (though Jones does sing a love song to a mule) with plenty of great songs from Jones and Janette MacDonald.

First Time Watching a full-length reaction. (I’m curious to see a Popcorn In Bed one, but I can only afford one creator and that’s Dawn.) Fortunately I have the Fawlty Towers and Marx Brothers DVDs. ❤️ I was able to synch great. It was nice seeing entire scenes with you. This is a really fun watch-along experience.

I will be watching this evening for sure.

That was absolutely brilliant! I don't think I've ever seen you lose it the way you did.

I rented a copy from Amazon Prime Video and the entire opening credits were missing and the rest of the movie would not sync at all. Are you using a DVD for this reaction? If so I might need to buy one and try again another day.

Lee Pitman

I made a dumb mistake and rented the inferior one that is 5 minutes shorter (1:26:00). Amazon should remove that one 😂.

What a difference having the right copy makes 😂. That was my first Marx Brothers movie. I wasn’t expecting to like it but I did 😁👍. Director Sam Wood's stuffiness made him the perfect target for The Marx Brothers. The director had a stomach ulcer, so he started each day with a big glass of milk. The brothers began to have it delivered to him in a baby bottle - a joke Wood never got. He also imposed a fine for being late to the set, which Groucho was in favour of at first. But Chico and Harpo nailed their brother's garage door shut, making him the first to pay the $50 penalty. Then the three turned the penalty into a game, betting on who would be the next to be fined. Wood eventually abandoned the idea. There was a 1992 remake called Brain Donors. Great fun reaction. Seeing Dawn laugh is always awesome, it brightens my day.

Oh that's just brilliant and can totally imagine them doing this! Thanks again for watching. Can't wait for you to see the next one! 😁

I hope you mean another Marx Brothers movie is in the pipeline.
