small hi ☀ (Patreon)

hey everyone, i hope you're doing fine 🌻! My recovery is going well, I'm taking it one day at a time and doing baby steps and I'm happy about the progress I'm making! There are some bad days here and there, but I can see improvement to a few months ago. 

I'll remain on hiatus for the time being (patreon also stays paused! I'll tell you before I come back), but I'm spending more time with my boys again and I also started to draw again!! omg I missed it a lot ; o;

Also, my old graphic tablet was done for and the screen was glitching, so I got myself a new one earlier this month. It's a Huion and not a Wacom anymore, so the drawing experience is kinda different, because the pen is different and the surface of the tablet is much smoother. But so far I like it and I think that's exactly what I need right now, just be out of my comfort zone. My brushes react a bit different to the pen pressure now, too, and it results in finer lines somehow and it's so nice to experiment and test and just do new things with my style! I'm not fully comfortable with the tablet yet, but I only tried it a few times, so let's see where it leads me!
