Perhaps she's being treated like a bondage pet as a prank or as an abduction or punishment by her team or other students or perhaps Yang getting kinky with her (either between shifts at the cafe or before she was employed, they should join each other there sometime since they're a couple in canon) or maybe even the White Fang since they have it out for her. Captured in her sleep as a surprise and put through the paces, maybe she even has a cat tail plug (or twinc at tail plug like the Japanese Yokai of a cat with two tails, said to have magic illusion powers) "

Maybe the words MAJOR PAIN written over Misato's gag too, for extra punishment (oh great now I'm wordplaying with fire). "

Idea from another Patron: " Perhaps one of her team mates decides to nap her in her sleep and fake a kidnapping while she's in her night gown, or maybe it's a real kidnapping and she's just the first of the team to be nabbed. A blindfold and noise cancelling ear muffs could work for either scenario and leave her quite panicked in whatever bondage she ends up in (perhaps tape, but leather could be fun as a play on sleep wear like blondfolds)  "
