a bit of a slow week for this pixel art project, i finished the last animations for the carnivorous plant enemy- it just needed a couple of idle animations

and attack animations.


since it's not a particularly mobile enemy, and really just a minion of the proper flower that's pretty much it for this one. So on to the next enemy, a sahagin!

since the commissioner didn't have time to design it yet i took a stab at it, the reference was the enemies found in the cove area of darkest dungeon, but i tried not going too dark with it as the game seem to be way lighter in atmosphere than DD.

in the end the commissioner liked the face and fin of the third design and the body of the first, so i fused the two. We tried giving him clothes but the fin was a bit of a problem, so instead we decided to go with plundered golden jewelry. Next time you'll probably see it animated!


as for fenris high, i wanted to show a lil bit of what we're doing with it. The move from game maker to unity really improved things quite a lot. It's maybe still a bit too early to show you peeps something , but what the heck, click the link below , the programmer made a lil video showing the movement and the new lighting system of the game -
