i'm back! so... what's next? (Patreon)

hey peeps! thank you all for giving me this month to recharge my batteries, it really helped! now, i've been thinking about this for a while and i think i might start another CYOA next. Both ideas i have i like quite a lot so i can't really decide... so i thought maybe you peeps could give me a hand?

HERO'S HEART

the first CYOA i've already shown you, i've thought it up with anothermeekone and we decided we'll call it hero's heart: here's a brief synopsis -

Hero's Heart is a fantasy CYOA involving Wolf, a jaded unpartnered mercenary, and Cherry, the plucky apprentice he's forced to take on. Patrons will act as gods of fate here, dictating events and communicating with the heroes via a magic sigil. They'll also be able to dictate how the heroes change as they level up and gain experience.

they'll be supervised by extraplanar wizards in charge of interpreting the prophecy one of the two is involved in

and chased by the forces of good and evil that will try to sway them over to their side, represented by the paladin milo and  mr. curly  

POWER SPIKE

the second CYOA i've been thinking about during the break, it's a superhero story where the players will play the role of the entities inside the mind of a superhero with DID (Dissociative identity disorder) here's a brief synopsis for this one too- 

Power Spike is a superhero CYOA where the patrons will play the role as the entities inside the mind of the Bellhop. He’s a superhero with split personality disorder, each of his personalities has its own superpower and will front in specific moments. The patrons are a host of voices inside the bellhop's mind and they can easily sway these personalities with their suggestion, or directly command them by playing towards the personality's inclination

Power Spike takes place on an alternate Earth where people have suddenly started developing  superpowers. The change has happened fairly recently and people are still adapting to it. The Bellhop , with the help of one of his best friends and poster boy of the superpowered people , Super Guy, has begun cataloguing these superpowered individuals , but after a sudden event shakes the city, he's forced to investigate things deeper.

P.S. : you might have noticed i mentioned the patrons will play the role of "gods" or "voices" , this means that this cyoa won't follow dusk acres rules with direct characters inclusion, it'll be a bit more like monster smash, where the patrons are distant and invisible entities influencing things. Apologies if that wasn't clear and for making this choice, but i don't really want to repeat what happened with dusk acres in terms of patron participation. It was fun, but it got a bit overwhelming, so i'll try a different approach this time.
