yeah that's the extent of it. if one user writes messages for several characters i'll just pick one of them at random. If someone goes "everyone, do this" only one character will hear the command as well, as it happened with the moustachioed scientist. This is to illustrate the power of the voices are slowly fading (but it's also to ease a bit of my workload tbh ^_^')

Gounden: Your powers feel good to use. If someone asks you to use your powers the thought of how good using them to help others is something you need to consider. Also, if ya haven't taken the time yet to do sufficient scientific experiments on your powers, how they feel now is a good excuse to test them out and measure what they can do in a controlled fashion, when ya can do so in reasonable safety.
