These island chapters are an homage to the Lovecraft story "The Shadow of Innsmouth." It does have a different vibe to it in some ways. We first meet Isam, and she is just little ball of sunshine despite her dire surroundings. Cool posters btw!! I have a few posters, but I don't hang them up. When you get caught up, its maybe a few chapters a year. This past year we got 7 new ones, I think. It's like a big event when they drop! They don't call us struggles for nothing!! When the time comes, welcome aboard! I've been doing well, very busy at the moment and can't wait for November when I hope things slow down a bit. I've had to work overtime but I can't wait to get back to my normal schedule which is 4 days a week. I'm spoiled. I like my three-day weekends! I haven't worked a 5-day week in like 14 yrs.!!!! XD Other than that, we are just chillin this weekend!! Oh, the kids are off on another adventure on this strange island with their new friend Isma! Isidro seems to be very attracted to her... cleavage. Isma is probably around 14 or almost 15, just a few years older that Isidro who is maybe around 12 or 13. He is being a horny little bastard though!! Much to Schierke's annoyance! I can identify many of the fish in this part of the story and I will point out just a few for now. Casca is poking a Wolf fish that is mounted on the wall in the tavern and the Innkeeper is cutting the head off of a Grenadier. I actually love the detail that is given to all the creatures here including the Cthulu type statue. Things are ramping up here! Good place to stop for sure! See you next week!

Manga suggestions, one that doesnt get enough love, Battle Angel Alita. Vinland Saga, Nana, To Your Eternity, A Silent Voice, Basara (the shojo berserk hahaha) Dorohedoro. Its hard to make suggestions because a lot of these that I have and read have recently been made into anime like Frieren, Hells Paradise..... well, that is some suggestions. They are all good. As far as top tier, I would put Vinland, Nana and Vagabond in the same category with Berserk. Then Alita, Basara, A Silent Voice and Dorohedoro. Etc.....
