Finally! I have been waiting to post this funny Berserk meme. https://youtu.be/Z4rixpVFtXE Well, congratulations on the extraction of 1,16,17 and 32!!! Those teeth won't ever bother you again! Just remember to follow Drs instructions, no straws for 3-4 days, blah blah blah, take your meds and enjoy! (I'm in the tooth side of healthcare so firsthand knowledge...) If you have any other oozing of blood, you can take a wet tea bag and place it at the extraction site, bite down. The tannin in the tea will stanch the bleeding. I had mine taken out when I was 16 and it was the best week of my life! I had some good drugs! hahahahah! We are entering the Millenium Falcon Arc. It has a longer name, but no one really calls it that. Miura was a big Star Wars fan, and this is a reference to that. In this arc we also get some crazy good art! It is peak Miura. I leave my posters in the book. I do have one poster that came with a special limited-edition magazine, but it's still tucked away. It's pretty cool though. From here on out, we get posters. It was fun watching you squirm!! Yeah, the arrogance of Griffith showing up at the hill of swords! The swords were made by Rickert as practice and grave markers. The emotions all of our characters go through is just heartbreaking. Guts, upon seeing Griffith forgets his malice. He does miss him to a degree, the way he used to be. Rickert, who is oblivious to the crimes that Griffith visited against the Band of Hawk. Griffith and his, um.... childlike yearning for his/ the demon child's parents. Now that is a conflict for sure!!! So, the way I understand it is that, like I said, Griffith would have come back anyway. The baby was not necessary to accomplish this. But the baby was there and fused to Griffith. I guess kind of like in the Fly where the fly and Dr Brundle fuse together. This is a better fusing though. They share a body. The emotions are that of the infant, although, I don't believe Griffith when he says that his blood is frozen when it comes to Guts and Casca.... his actions speak differently. If he didn't care, he wouldn't have visited them. He would not have tried to pick up where they left off. Yeah, that's a bit delusional, but he is a Godhand now and they think a bit differently. Also, Casca has some improved warmer clothes now. Yeah!! Finally! And yes, most interpret Griffith protecting Casca as the Child protecting its mother and not necessarily Griffith acting on its own. So, this brings up a situation. As much as Griffith is the enemy, I seriously doubt that he will harm, kill, severely injure the child's parents. That is a weakness!!! In my eyes, it is a fatal flaw. Also, the child can influence Griffith to some extent when it does come to its parents. This is also interesting. Griffith basically has a split personality now. Kind of. Zodd, he is a special unicorn uber now for Grifith. Someone else came up with that but it's very fitting.
