We are past where we first met Guts and he had his run in with the God Hand. That was a year in the past as far as this arc is concerned. So, it was Elcipse, Guts goes out to wage war on apostles, meets Puck and gets the Behelit, fights slug count, God Hand appears, then Lost Children, then Guts goes home, and we are here now. Hope that made sense. Elf Dimension Style!!! As a practitioner myself, I loved these chapters!!! When Mozgus is relating the story of the Tower of Conviction and he mentions King Gaiseric (Skull Knight), and his sage..... (Possibly Void) visited by 3 angels (Possibly members of the Godhand) Plus we get a story about a nun. Many have speculated that that nun is Slan. Who knows? When a story like this is told in Berserk, it is always important to the lore of the world. I remember when Miura shied away from drawing genitalia, now it's all over the place! In exquisite detail too!! HAHAHAHHA. He was getting brave with it during the love making scenes with Guts and Casca.... but here, well, he went all out! And Nina spreading her std's to everyone. The contrast between the Church where God is brutal and unforgiving and this Cult where wild abandon is accepted, I can hardly blame some of these people. But they are weak people. These people are sheep after all. They need to follow something. Also, I agree with how flimsy Casca's wardrobe is, It's like tissue paper! Get that girl a wooly jumper or something more substantial!! Shit! So, I think the baby used the spirits that were gathering around Casca to protect her. He has done this with Guts as well, (Lost Children) but Guts was not as grateful. The baby also has one eye, whatever is lurking in the darkness, has two... Isidro shadowing Guts is kind of funny. Puck seems to hit it off with him right away and wants to teach him the art of Elf Dimension Style (which is might fine if I must say) Slight spoilers here, but I think Guts, unbeknownst to himself, has just acquired a son. HAHAHAHAHAH! Pucks observations about Skull Daddy is a bit Elvish???? What???? Until next week, I think this ended at a really good spot.
