(Preview) COP31 Australia & the Pacific | Honest Government Ad (Patreon)

Dear Patrons

I hope you are having a good weekend. Especially our Patrons in the northern hemisphere who have been experiencing the latest round of heatwaves and fires.

Our latest HGA will be relevant to you too, despite it being about Australia and the Pacific Region. That's because Australia has put its hand up to host the 2026 UNFCCC conference, aka COP31. And those of you remember our HGA about Australia's long history of undermining COP summits, will appreciate the irony.

The decision about who will host COP31 will be announced in a few months. So I thought this would be a good time for Australia to make an honest COP31 ad about its bid.
