DM Poll result + Progress Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone, I've just released/uploaded the preview clips for Dream Molders first hScene and thought I should give an poll/DM update for all to read, not just the patrons.

This also marks the first charged post in a while, which means starting next month support/payment will be back up! I hope the few things I've worked on/posted in that time was worth the stay for you guys!

There's probably a few people who are/were around just for one time support or until this happens, so for everyone leaving after (or even before that): thanks for your support and staying around!


Now on to the "serious" matter...

I've just closed the poll regarding Dream Molders release plans and the results were rather one-sided as you've probably seen for yourself.

Most of you voted for a "Episode/Part Release" rather than an "Beta/UpdateOverTime" one which means the plan on what/how I work on everything stays the same.
What changes however is how I'm going to handle patreon posts until the release of Dream Molder Part 1.

-Starting today I will post progress updates of everything that I've been able to finish while working on Dream Molder at least twice (more often if I get stuff done quicker) a month

These progress updates will include: WIP character art and animations, gamplay clips and previews, hScene clips like the ones uploaded today, etc, etc..
Pretty much whatever I get done in time.

The second post/update will always be a charged post, or at least if I've gotten enough progress over the month which will we will see when the time comes.


I've somewhat updated the blog's progress page, but for everyone not wanting to search/read through all the smalltalk I'll write down a quick summary of what bigger steps need to be done for the Episode, in the order I'm planning on working on them:

Next DM worksteps in order I will work on them:
- Scripting and putting together hScene 1 for standalone release
- Coloring and animating other character art, aside from Fia-/Braixens
- Scripting and putting together Episode 1 scenes
- Updating and improving hScene 2 animations
- Making and adding CG art to important scenes

- First release for Testers and Bug Fixing

I'll update after every big step, or roughly every 2 weeks in case I've still got to work on them.
In either case, I will update you on what I did over the weeks and showcase whatever I've finished.


The first two steps should practically be done with rather quick, if everything works out.
For the third I will take my time with making sure everything works the way I want it to and especially, feel good when playing. I've got quite some ideas that I can't wait to show off, but I need to make sure that they're working before doing so too.

Everything after will depend on how well the first few steps went.
But I guess I'll update you guys on everything along the way anyway!

I'm going to keep up the smaller "daily" updates over on the blog and discord by the way, just in case anyone wondered about it.


This should be all regarding the poll and the update and I'll get right to work putting together that complete h-scene to update you guys on early next month or in roughly 2 weeks!

If you've got any concerns or feel like I forgot talking about something just let me know, I'm trying to reply to everything over the days! (Comments kinda get lost over here and I always find them way later on, I'm trying though. ^^")
