I know we are frustrated with Phu for his inaction and lack of courage. Yet, Nan does nothing but reiterate how he won’t change from friend to boyfriends. I understand he probably didn’t tell Party he has feeling for Phu to not hurt him even more. But the fact he said he won’t cross friendship lines, does nothing but confirm to Phupha he should say nothing if he wants to keep Nan somehow.

The thing is Nan said it 15 years ago. And then again over and over on the emails he kept sending, we can see now that’s why Phu didn’t respond either to any of those I till the ‘this is the last one’. The fact Nan keeps calling them both best friend doesn’t help but to make parallel comparisons.

Don't get me wrong Phu's decision making is questionable &amp; cowardice. However, Nan has not helped matter with some of the things he's said, &amp; this "pretending to not know how Phu feels" please🙄 everybody and their grandma can see how he feels but you CAN'T?🙄🤦🏿‍♀️🙄 "I can't".. be with/date some I started out as friends with" "For me, friends mean just friends." With Phu knowing this is how Nan feels, it makes sense why he won't confess and why Nan has to be the one to lay it all out if they are to move forward As far as Phu's concerned, Nan would never date him, so why would he confess and ruin what little friendship they have left? Nan playing dumb to the fact Phu likes him is irritating 🙄 Sorry about the long comment copy and pasted it of my Twitter

Like that makes no sense. He's waiting for Phu to confess And I don't think he will (&amp; i dont blame him)because nothing Nan has ever spoken tells spoon he will be successful.

Hopefully we get some clarification in the following episodes. But I see a bit of drama when the becoming ‘roommates’ doesn’t happen like Nan has planned.

Yeah I get you. If Nan felt that way about everyone except for Phu, then he should have made that clear to Phu by now, but he hasn't. 👀😬

I went on a whole rant about Phu being a coward and then managed to delete everything lol. But he either needs to fess up his feelings or start treating Nan fairly. If you decide to hide your feelings for a friend you either need to keep treating them like always or sit them down and break things off friendshipwise. Anything else and you are just being a little prick.

So I'm still not on Phu's side but in this instance I can see the reason for his hesitation. If he rejected someone he's been friends with less time than Phu, I'd be scared too. I'm slightly annoyed by Nan though, please tell me he's not this clueless especially with some of the lingering looks he gives Phu and everything else we know from the past even if we don't count the prequel that was totally different. I agree Tita Josie I really hope they don't drag this out to like last two episodes or something because I'll be really mad. Sigh they're making me not want to root for them. My thing is Phu you literally didn't have Nan in your life for 10 years so you already have some kind of idea of how it'd be if you lost him, whats the worst that can happen, you can just run away again. Ok rant over. Here's hoping they have some deep conversations soon.
