Ki-Tae is traumatised for life 🙈 by that disappearance of Wan.. He clearly has panic attacks.. Ok, of course not for life, it will go away eventually, once they date for a long time. Oh well, we are saying good bye to them now. Btw, before the last scene they said “one year later”, but it was not translated. So they were dating for one year already. I like that they showed his vulnerable side. That boy with always upbeat look was crying like a baby, saying "I am scared", omg - wasn't it heartbreaking? Actually, Ki Tae was always so direct, saying "I Love You" as soon as he met Wan or saying "I am scared that you will run away", etc. It is great to have somebody who is not hiding his feelings, whatever they are. Yes!, to the 반찬 (Banchan) question. Normally most of the side dishes se preserves, fermented or lasting food. So you have them at home in variety (the elder of the family make them and bring them home every so often or you can buy them too. And it is the easiest thing!! It’s like having left overs somehow… You only cook the fresh rice or a protein of choice, take the ban hen from the fridge, serve and voila a full table every meal!

Yes! I love it too. It add variety to the meal. And that exactly why they do that. Back in the day, food was vey escarce so they master conservation processes and the ‘main dish’ was small so you can fill up with the side dishes. 3 is normal. 5 a full meal and more than that is for restaurants or family gatherings.

This is so much more fun than I thought it would be. The actor who plays Ki tae really stepped up for that last emotional scene. Overall the chemistry between the male leads made this short series that much more enjoyable. I hope to see more from these actors soon~~

I just realised why I think people like this drama- was just looking at some comments on internet and people were going: “Oh, look at them, at their morning routine, kisses, breakfast, etc - we want what they have 😭”. That’s because they made it real, their couple, they were very realistic. People like it as much as Semantic Error…

I'll miss this series 😢. Like most Korean BLs, this one was way too short. The chemistry between the two actors was great, they'd be a good CP. Though short, it was well put together storywise and the creativity with the game tie-in was perfect, however I agree with you Tita Josie that I wish they'd have either longer episodes or 2 more short episodes to really deal with their past and Ki Tae's trauma more.
