This was intense, kiyoi crying is so painful.

Yeah, Hira’s inferiority complex is too deep, making it impossible to build healthy “ordinary” relationship Kiyoi wants so bad..Poor Kiyoi, emotionally he is bound to be unsatisfied if he stays with Hira, unless Hira changes. And with only one epi left I am not sure how he’ll be able to do that so quickly.. Maybe an open ending?

Commercially it would be a good move since it would draw in additional viewers. But they would need some sort of prequel if the movie will be based on S2 only. More I think, more it seems that they will have to deal with all the problems next week 😬

I'm not sure why Kiyoi is surprised though. Hira has a major inferiority complex which he only reinforced by treating him like a slave back in school. It will probably take some time

You are right, he was treating him like a slave, wasn’t he? But maybe Kiyoi thought that once he told him “I love you” and once they become a couple things will change automatically? Not when it comes to Hira, apparently, who stuck in that mode.. Btw (it’s not my business of course, but..) that is why, knowing Hira who is so submissive, it is impossible to imagine him being a top. It’s a major conundrum for me, it is just doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t add credibility to their relationship from my point of view.
