In regards to some of the issues in the black community. I believe that religion has served its purpose and that a new approach is needed. This led me to the work of a man named Neely Fuller Jr who highlights racism and its affects on EVERY aspect of human behaviour and interaction. He has developed a code system - not religion that those who feel are affected by racism can use. Those black people who do not experience racism are encouraged not to bother reading the book as it will be of no benefit to them. In the link below he explains how to approach a situation in which a racist person is asking why black people don’t do better. This is can be a loaded question and is often presented as an attack rather than an offer for constructive support.
