Update: Shops done, more Characters, tracking Progress, Mocap Preps (Patreon)

We hope you had a great week! 🥰
We made great progress again! Let's get right to it 😊
Sad news first: our Environment Artist left because she found a more sustainable Job. We are after all a small Indie Developer Team and she was so fortunate to find something with insurance pay, proper benefits and so on. So we are very happy for her, but we are also missing one Environment Artist.
The good news is: she finished all custom Buildings&Places but one (Brothel)! So we are covered for quite some time. And I can also do some stuff myself (as I did before) should we urgently need something. But for now, we are good 💪😎
Shops:
We finished all the Shops/Custom Buildings but one! They won´t be all functional in the Demo, but we got them in Place 😀
The last ones on the list were the Post-Office and the Flower-Shop and a small corner Store. The only one that were we did not yet even start the interior is the Brothel because the Game-Design is not yet ready for all the options for that. You know, Bondage and stuff 😉😎
We now have in total:

That was a lot of work and I am super happy we are done with that. The brothel will be tackled after the Demo, because we also want feedback & input for that from you 🥰
New Characters:
We have an additional 9 Characters! I mentioned before that we have shared body types, which makes things a lot easier. For the final game, we will have more body types as well, but for the Demo that´s the most efficient way.
We have a total of 17 Characters now that are story-relevant and will have another 20 or so regular NPCs.
We now have
Futa: Brittany, Trinity, Charity, Carmen
Girls: Jasmine, Marcia, Alexandra, Livia, Aisha, Barbie, Charli, Lonna, Margaret, Rachelle
Guys: Richard, Basil, Joe
I am really proud we could pull that off 💪😎And the pipeline we have is now really great so we can rather easily add more characters in the Future. But for now, 17 is definitely enough 😋Oh, and they will also be in the Sandbox Mode!
Motion Capture:
I started capturing Animations for the Male characters that we needed. General stuff like idle, talking, looking around etc. In case you are interested I created a cheat sheet for myself to see how the regular Female & Male Idle poses are. Because most animations will start and end in that pose. And if we consider that while Motion capturing, my life will be a lot easier cleaning and adapting them then later.
Emotions for Dialogues:
We will test basic emotions for the Dialogues in the Demo. We will definitely not have voice overs, but it would be nice to have at least some visual feedback of what mood the characters are in. So they will be overlayed on top of the talking animations
Progress Tracking for Tasks/Quests:
Last but not least a quick proof of concept for tracking progress for tasks. You can see in this VIDEO here that the numbers change according to what you shoot. That might seem easy, but it´s an essential thing to have 😉
