WIP: Transformation Tycoon Employee Morale (Patreon)

The feedback I got on the last poll was fairly overwhelmingly in support of me putting out more on what I'm working on and will be coming out next, so here's another!

I'm working on an employee morale system. Morale directly affects the rate in which employees gain skills. You can increase morale by a small amount by giving the employee a pay raise, or a very large morale increase by performing one of their requested transformations when they are available.

Employee morale does decay over time. The amount of which will depend on their skill level compared to their hourly wages, so it's in your own best interests to keep your employees paid well as your own business takes off.
