When you said 'I hate this' all I could think about was that it gets way worse! Oliver absolutely killed it in this episode! I mean, you can really feel his pain as he lays it all out for his parents. My heart breaks for him every time! Well, it breaks for everyone in that scene. Such a paradox in the dynamic between the Grant-Nash family and the Han-Buckley family! I love that Bobby was able to be there for May! He's such a warm, calming presence in their family. Then you got the Buckley family with their messed-up dynamic. I mean, how can you keep that from your youngest child? He had an older brother that he had no idea he had!!!! I was so mad the first time I saw the ending of this episode! I don't blame you for going straight into the next episode one bit

Oliver’s acting is amazing this episode (and next episode), especially during the “Love Me Anyway” speech. I’ve always sort of related to Buck since I started watching it, but this episode and the next episode made me really relate to him. This episode and the next episode really mean a lot to me, and a big part of that is because of how Oliver Stark’s acting and how he brings Buck to life 💜.

I've lost count of how many times I've watched this episode at this point lol but the dinner scene completely breaks me every single time. It's heartbreaking to think about how Buck has basically felt alone and unloved and like he didn't matter his entire life and yet he does everything he can to make sure the people in his life feel as loved and cared for and supported as possible. He's truly such an amazing character and person, I absolutely adore him if you couldn't tell 😂 Can't wait for the next episode!!
