The relationship stuff, the conversations, are just the best. Burke talking George through his dad's surgery, George's dad telling him that he's actually mad at his father, Bailey telling Derek not to let what happened with Burke get in his head as a doctor, Meredith telling Cristina that she's her family... all such good stuff. My favorite's still Bailey. Always and forever. She's just the best. (And I admit, I loved her snark in this one, lol)

I don't remember which one it was, but Bailey was yelling at one of the interns My son stopped to ask me about her. I told him who she was and why she was yelling. He watched that episode with me, then binged-watched the rest on his own. We (he, me & eventually my daughter-in-law) made it into a tradition to eat dinner & get caught up with Grey's every other week, for several years now.

I like Bailey alot of the time (though she is nowhere near one of my favorite characters) but I think what I dont like is her acting like she is the best thing to happen to that hospital, that she is not just as human and flawed as everyone else, and that she can do and say whatever she wants and everyone (including attendings and the chief) have to take orders from her when to this point she is only a 4th year resident! That being said, she is being ridiculous here. Yang's mistake of covering for Burke and his tremor is nowhere near on the level of what Izzie did! And, the only reason why Bailey feels that it is is because she got her feelings hurt!
