I had a similar situation with my uncle , so this episode it had so many emotions hit you at one time . I thought it was very fitting or interesting that the all the “Young ones” in this episode were complaining Clueless to the sadness around them tommies kids , the 126 crew at the end . It’s a heavy episode for sure .

I believe the main reason they killed of Charles was because the actor was cast in a main role on Mayor of Kingstown. It was in August of last year that SAG-AFTRA approved allowing actors to be in multiple shows at the same time. Anyways, I love this episode. I think it was handled beautifully. Tommy is so strong. I loved Liv Tyler in the first season and I hope they find a way to bring her back but I’m so glad her exiting the show meant we got the amazing Gina Torres playing Tommy Vega.

This episode just opened the floodgates the first time I watched this. Even watching it with you this time, every time I dried my eyes, the next scene would make me well up again. Eventually, I ran out of tissues
