Damn the music in this episode was so on point. Falling Slowly in the background during that Klaus and Caroline scene, those lyrics "I want nothing more than to dance with you" (google tells me the song is called Little Deschutes) while Damon and Elena exchange longing looks during the pageant dance, and then Ed Sheeran's Kiss Me at the ending Delena? Nailed it.

Wow, rewatching this for like the 15th time and I can’t help but giggle like a teenage girl when they finally kiss and do the deed!!! Back then I felt like I waited for ages for Delena to happen and was very upset that the directors wove their love scene with the discovery of the sire bond. I think I’m still bitter about it. And I’m with ya Travis, Delena all the way! Love that you’re loving it too!
